The AI drafts. Only you decide.
Seven rules that hold in the app, on the server and on paper. They are product requirements, not settings.
Colour means who said it
The same four colours run through the app, this site and the review screen. Blue is never a button.
- Ink: your words and your decisions.
- Dashed blue: an AI suggestion, waiting for you.
- Sage: verified, and what prints.
- Orange: recording and live state.

Every field says who wrote it
Your words, an AI suggestion, a suggestion you verified, or one you rejected. The app always shows which.
Nothing unverified is printed
The PDF carries only what you said and what you verified. A rejected suggestion never prints.
Sign waits for you
Signing stays locked while any finding is a draft or the summary is unverified. The server checks this too, not only the phone.
No invented facts
The AI never adds a measurement, a quantity, a cause, a code clause or a "safe" verdict you did not state. A missing value is flagged for you to add on site.
The summary follows your findings
It is drafted from verified findings only, and goes back to draft when a finding changes. The counts in it are computed, never written by the AI.
A signed report stays signed
A correction becomes a new revision, Rev 00 to Rev 01, with a change log. The original audio, transcript and every edit are kept, time-stamped and hashed.
Disclosure when you want it
An optional appendix lists which printed fields began as AI suggestions. It is off by default and you switch it on per report style.
