- Getting startedTap Capture, choose the report type and the site, and start photographing. A finding is one or more photos with one voice note.
- Dictation tipsSpeak the way you speak on site: Arabic, English or both in one sentence.
- Working offlineCapture, dictation, review and signing all work without a connection. Your photos and voice notes are saved on the phone first.
- Firm brandingUnder Account, Firm branding, add your firm name in English and Arabic, your logo, your stamp, an accent colour and your contact line.
- Report numbersReports are numbered by your firm pattern, for example QEC-SNG-26-0148. Set the prefix and pattern under Firm branding.
- RevisionsA signed report never changes. To correct it, open it and tap New revision, with a one-line reason.
- Privacy and your dataYour photos, voice notes and reports are kept in your account. To draft your findings, voice notes are sent to a speech-to-text service, and the text of your notes and the finding photos to Anthropic's Claude. The Privacy Policy names each service. Printed and shared copies use the blurred, marked-up photos.
